DESIGN BRIEF & SITE ANALYSIS
This site visit enables us to determine the constraints and advantages of your terrain.
During this phase, we explore all potential approaches to your project to ensure the best possible outcome.
Throughout this stage, we will work closely with consultants to ensure that all of your project requirements align with BCA.
ENGINEERING & APPROVALS
Our network of industry professionals includes engineers, certifiers, town planners, surveyors and landscape architects.
We provide you with a budget estimate as early as possible.

01 INITIAL CONSULTATION & DESIGN SKETCHES
Every great design starts with a discussion. When you come in to see us, you can expect a comprehensive breakdown of our process and an in depth conversation about your desired outcome. We’ll arrange the spaces within your home to best utilise aspect, proximity and overall feeling.
02 VIRTUAL COMPUTER
We use the best design software to adapt your design
from paper to computer, so that you can see everything from your screen. You'll have the opportunity to request changes to the design as we experiment with materials and roofing designs in order to optimise functionality
03 WORKING DRAWINGS
As the name suggests, these are the plans that make up the working plans that document how your home is to be built. These plans are used to obtain Local Authority approvals, quotes from tendering builders and suppliers, and finally, provide the necessary instructions of how to build your home.
